The Metabolic Engineering and Recovery Center (MERC) works with clients to customize lifestyle programs that work to alleviate joint, neck and back pain, decrease inflammation, boost metabolism, improve posture, and increase mobility.

Using resistance and cardiovascular training, combined with their unique recovery therapy program, they customize lifestyle programs that offer clients the ability to lead active, healthy lives without the discomfort of chronic pain. Each program is designed and overseen with the help of Dr. John Feagler, M.D. Moreover and offers one of the only hyperbaric oxygen chambers in the region to help our clients recover from workouts faster, and get back to enjoying the activities that they love.
