Pokeology, Orange

In a scientifically proven approach to satisfying appetites, Pokeology builds its meals based on one variable: the customer. The process for poke bowls begins with the customer choosing the size of their meal and its base, such greens, rice, or a mix of the two. They then select scoops of various proteins, which leads to colorful combinations like spicy tuna and yellowtail tossed with shrimp. They pick a house sauce like ponzu or spicy mayo, along with up to 12 toppings to create their ideal ratio of veggies to fresh seafood.
