What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We based all of our principles off of professionalism and integrity. We listen to the patient and we diagnose the problem and treat the problem quickly and effectively.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The inspiration is to help people. 80% of people will experience back pain at some point in their life. We want to treat the problem from a functional standpoint so that the person not only gets healthy they stay healthy.

What do you love most about your job?
I love the interactions with the patients. I love to help people. It makes me feel great when we have people that come in almost in tears from pain and they walk out with a smile. We have some patients that have had pain for years with no relief and in a short amount of care they are pain free!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We had a patient that had migraine headaches every day for the past 3 years. He tried everything and the headaches wouldn't let up. He came to us and after a short amount of treatment he hasn't had a headache in 3 months.

Facility was great and clean. But the massage did absolutely nothing for me as it wasn’t a traditional massage. A lot of shaking and juggling they was supposed to be some awesome proven method but did absolutely nothing but waste my time. X-rays were good though and adjustment was awesome!!

Chantel, thank you for your feedback. The technique that was used was called Neural Release Technique and it is very effective on a lot of patients. We apologize that it was not effective for you. Went in almost in tears from pain and even though I need more help, dr cough instantly helped me feel better. I couldnt believe how much better I felt. Absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable and great at helping me understand where my pain was stemming from.
