What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our trainer is certified by the American Council on Exercise and has ALL of his clients over achieve their goals. We have an on site obstacle course that suits all fitness levels, an effective self defense class, and a mediation class that will relax and calm your mind and body!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All of our clients programs are designed to help them meet their fitness wants and needs. Unlike other trainers and gyms we DO NOT use a cookie cutter program for all our clients. Finally, we keep exercise fun and enjoyable so are clients can't wait until their next session!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We love to help people live healthier lives and do it the right way!

What do you love most about your job?
My clients are the best part of my job. I get to watch them grow and change and become healthier, happier people.
