Natural light streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows at Paradise Garden Buffet at the Flamingo Hotel. Those windows overlook an outdoor habitat rife with exotic birds, including the hotel's namesake Chilean flamingos. More within reach, rushing waterfalls and flourishing foliage provide a backdrop for diners enjoying the restaurant's buffets. Just-carved beef and turkey send steam skyward as they're piled onto plates, and dishes inspired by international cuisines fill out any remaining space on plates. I purchased two Groupons for a total of $80.00 (dinner for 4). When we got to the Flamingo, they attempted to charge us $60.00 additional. When I refused another lady came and rang it up and we only had to pay tax. Aside from that, there was a really nice selection of food and a big dessert section. The food was tasty and plentiful. Service was a little slow. I had to ask a couple of times for cream and we had to ask for our sodas to be refilled, but nothing horrible. Would definetly go again.
