About Gravity Fitness Co.
Our mission at Gravity Fitness Co. is to make our community a healthier place. In order to do that we focus on several things. The first is to coach a results oriented program that will keep you engaged. We will help you develop healthy movement patterns and improve your overall fitness. Our community is supportive and exciting. Not only will you make new friends but coming to train at our facility will become something you look forward to.
We have a blue tooth key fob system, which allows our members to have exclusive access to the gym during non-staffed hours. This prevents high non-member traffic, which can disrupt the community and disturb our business neighbors. Of course we love and actively seek out new additions to the family here, but maintaining a certain level of exclusivity is important so that we don't come off as another commercial gym with a revolving door of members. All tours and drop-ins are scheduled in advance.
Our facility is climate controlled! The temp is moderate inside whether it's pushing 115 degrees or 30 degrees. We also provide towels to help keep the sweat out of your eyes. The gym is cleaned thoroughly every day and touched up after every class. We follow all Covid guidelines put forth by the state of Nevada. Covid guidelines will be on the website after the rebuild, feel free to call anytime and hear it directly from us.
We are outfitted with one of the most trusted names in fitness, ROGUE. Our programming is results oriented. You stick to the programming and you'll learn skills you never thought possible for yourself. You'll build muscle, lose fat, and improve your health, bone density, and prospects for living a longer, happier life.
We have several themed days to make training fun and exciting.
Monday: Full Body Workout
Tuesday: Skill Practice & Skill Workout
Wednesday: Heavy Barbell & Fast Workout
Thursday: Active Recovery Workout
Friday: Beach Body Friday & Partner Workout
Saturday: Weightlifting and then the class creates a workout
Sunday: Hero Workouts
Our "routine" frequently changes to prevent plateau and boredom. If you can learn to love training you are more likely to succeed, and we want you to love this place! We joke, we sweat, we get results and most importantly we stay safe. The number one rule here is no injuries. Everything can be scaled down and/or modified. There is no pressure to do everything exactly as prescribed. I cannot stress this enough. Our coach will make sure you are scaling exactly how you need to if it is required to help you progress and stay safe.
