Flow Yoga is a barre, yoga, and pilates studio offering, daily classes, specialty workshops and private/small group instruction. Owner /instructor Beth Manning, a Peabody native, opened the studio in 2012 with the mission to offer affordable fitness for all levels. Members enjoy an inviting space to practice, added amenities such as a warm towel /essential oils during savasana and discounts in the studio boutique. Flow Yoga is passionate about guiding people to healthier lifestyles and welcomes you to be a part of their community.
