Nita and her crew are wonderful. They will work with you and are excellent within the profession. Two tiny pieces of feedback, scheduling process could be improved and recommend using a form to gather data from customers ahead of time as to what areas & support they want need so as to maximize the time you have. Ill give credit as well tho to the team as they stayed late to make my kitchen sparkle. Thank you.

They were IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. The owner was apologetic, but you need to practice patience!!! However the cleaning job they did was really good once they did come out, and stuck to their appointment time.

Cleaners late. Requested vacuum living room, clean bathroom and kitchen. Said wouldn’t have time to vacuum, bad sign. Bathroom and kitchen the size of a shoe box. Cleaner stood in bathroom for 2 hours and never cleaned anything. Other guy cleaned top of stove and not inside. Sent in online request, call, and Instagram dm to give them second chance no response. Unable to schedule other sessions.
