Hard to set a convenient appointment, ended up not going.

My boyfriend got his wisdom teeth pulled here and they had promised he would be under and not feel a thing we asked six different times cause he was really nervous but when he was getting them done he kept telling the doctor that he could feel it and he was completely wide awake and could every little thing but instead of stopping and giving him more he just side oh your fine you can't feel it and kept going which I have never heard if before so I don't know why we paid over 500 dollars in sedation when he didn't even get any and then he over heard them bragging about up charging us another $350 to get all his teeth out instead of just two like we had planned so it was a very bad experience

I'm really torn about this review because I think if the business was more upfront I would really like them. I hadn't noticed that sedation wasn't included in the groupon. The receptionist did tell me this when I called to make the appt. for my daughter. She said that sedation could be "up to" $500 but that was flexible. She gave me the opportunity to back out. She said sedation would only cost that much if it took the whole hour for the wisdom tooth removal. We sat in the waiting room for about an hour, then we were charged 500 upfront and told that we could do a twilight sedation for $250 or no sedation. The surgery took about 20 minutes. It went well, but I still feel like we were misled.
