Nelle Photo Studio, Phoenix

Alyssa ‘Nelle’ Crowe (b. 1997, Memphis, Tennessee) received her BFA in Photography from Memphis College of Art & Design. She holds over seven years of professional experience in photography, film and other forms of digital media. In 2020, Alyssa founded Nelle Photo Studio (NPS) as a way to build visual archives of her clients’ most precious moments. However, her artistic portfolio explores norms around minority-led beauty, style and identity across the political landscape. Alyssa’s work is widely exhibited across Memphis and Phoenix, with notable solo projects featured in the Brooks Museum of Art and Phoenix Art Museum.   

Additionally, she works as a content strategist for an international marketing agency, where she makes engaging connections between corporations and their consumers. Her work has been issued in award-winning publications for high-rise companies, such as Groupon and PUMA. Alyssa is continuously seeking new opportunities to grow and learn through both her work and clients.
