Former Navy member Michael Rovielo finished his years of rescue swimming and anti-submarine warfare with a level of pain that western medicine couldn't help—he suffered from cervical spine and neurological problems, along with anxiety and depression. Michael looked to the jungles of Peru and Brazil, where he discovered the healing power of natural medicine and cold therapy. He and co-founder Jesse Moreng have since founded Optimyze, a studio dedicated to leading others through their own healing journey. Some of the services they offer include:
