What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?

We offer only fresh ingredients, and our no-fry zone means nothing is fried. We make our hummus from scratch and our SOOM tehina is the best in the world. Our bagels are exceptional and Pas Yisroel, and all of our dairy products are Chalav Yisroel, keeping with the highest standards of kosher. We cure our own Lox, gravlax and pastrami lox with unparalleled food quality, freshness and taste. We have a great chef, Michael Madigan who has over 35 years experience as a chef. His creativity and embrace of Jewish/Israeli food has been a truly visionary transformation for our restaurant. Our food not only tastes amazing but it also looks beautiful, as food should! Our signature dishes include Vballs (veggie meatballs made from scratch) with homemade marinara and parm, with a side of pesto. Our pomegranate glazed salmon is another very popular dish and our ol' fashion bagels with lox and cream cheese is a favorite. Oh, and our shakshuka! Two eggs poached in a spicy tomato/pepper sauce served with warm Israeli style pita. People love it!!
