About Caponio Chiropractic Inc.

As an award-winning college-football player and a member of the U.S. Olympic bobsled team from 2002 to 2006, Dr. John Caponio is no stranger to athletic injuries and strains. In fact, it was an injury sustained while lifting weights that first led him to chiropractic care. After receiving a chiropractic adjustment, he was back to training in just three days.

That experience led Dr. Caponio to pursue a career in chiropractic. At Caponio Chiropractic Inc., he treats issues ranging from back pain to mood disorders with a comforting demeanor and adjustments that realign the spine. Dr. Caponio has an easy and comfortable manner, was thorough in his examination, asked good questions and listened to me. He gave me an adjustment in my first session and I felt better afterwaards. So for me, you kinda can't do better than that. And also, unlike some chiropractors I've been to over the years, he didn't immediately PUSH an extensive and expensive treatment plan after this first visit, something I definitely noticed and apprciated.
