Our attention to detail is one that is unmatched in the bay area, because we make sure you understand everything that may be unclear! Even if you don't know how to make a fist, well we will teach you that as well.

What equipment is provided? Is there anything visitors need to bring?
We have Heavy bags, boxing ring, hand pads but we do have limited gloves. So if you are able to bring a pair of boxing or MMA gloves that would be great!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Being a Martial artist is more than learning and teaching, it is about connecting with others in your community and building a strong foundation for young people.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the glimmer in someones eye when they understand something or gain a greater self confidence.
