Nikki's Orange Kitchen, Pompano Beach

Owner Nikki decided to open her own restaurant because she couldn't find a place in Pompano Beach with an emphasis on healthy spin-offs of classic American foods. With a collection of family recipes in hand and her knowledge of American-style foods with a Mediterranean twist, Nikki's Orange Kitchen was born. Today, Nikki's Orange Kitchen offers a wide array of paleo-style fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The diverse offerings range from organic salads and fresh-pressed juices and smoothies to wild-caught local fish and steaks. The healthy-leaning menu even extends to the sweets, with homemade desserts that include high-protein low-carb key lime pie and gluten-free chocolate cake. And guests can add a bit of indulgence to their healthy meal with a selection from the fully-stocked bar, which features organic wines and organic vodka along with gin, rum, and tequila.
