Port Jeff Salt Cave, Port Jefferson

The husband-and-wife team of Rich and Marcy Guzman have more than 35 years of combined nursing practice. All those decades of caring for others led them to open Port Jeff Salt Cave, where they blend western medicine with eastern holistic modalities.

At Port Jeff Salt Cave, Rich and Marcy have created a salt room filled with antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. The room is essentially a sterile space, and its healing qualities can help soothe symptoms of asthma, allergies, and even joint pain. What's more, Rich and Marcy also provide other services within the cave, including reiki and yoga.
