What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Many approaches to histamine intolerance focus on elimination of migraine triggering foods. The SimplyWell Protocol works to balance the body to reach a point where all foods can be eaten and reintegrated after the initial stabilization period.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
When I healed myself of chronic debilitating migraine headaches, I felt called to share my approach! After seeing great results in people with a variety of migraine types, I decided to start my coaching practice.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people get their vitality and life back, have the energy to be fully available for their families, and end years of anxiety, pain, and physical handicap. Being able to offer people a solution that is not drug-based and simple to apply is also really rewarding.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"I feel like a new person. I have more energy and I no longer feel like migraines run my life."
