Up North is a young distillery that is taking the art of making quality spirits from the garage to the public. Their goal is to create products using locally sourced honey, grains, and fruits to create unique spirits and flavors that tantalize your taste buds. Their honey spirits are distilled from 100% honey and aged in a bourbon barrel. Apple Brandy is made from fresh pressed apples and aged in a new oak barrel. Big Kid Cider is their apple brandy special, mixed with fresh apple cider.
