Our No Limit propriety group fitness classes are designed to give you everything you need in one week. Differentiating fitness routines throughout the week will blast through any plateau to your dream body! We have a huge selection of group fitness equipment, including 42 boxing bags!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We love to keep our routines fresh and our clients motivated. We have a wide selection of group fitness equipment for our trainers to utilize to keep their routines challenging and exciting. Our group equipment includes TRX Straps, Maces, Leg Bands, Sliders, Cardio Steps, Barbells and more!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Getting into the fitness industry we quickly noticed most clients needed multiple gym memberships to really excel in their fitness. Our gym provides all necessary components in one facility. We provide high intensity workouts including boxing, strength endurance workouts and yoga for flexibility.

What do you love most about your job?
The best part about working at a fitness facility is creating a fitness family environment. Our welcoming atmosphere will allow all fitness levels to be challenged. It is also great educating all of our clients on healthy lifestyle choices to be successful inside and outside the gym.
