I went there for a front-end alignment. After performing the work, I presented them with the Groupon. They said this deal did not cover my vehicle (Lexus) and that I would need to pay extra. The $40 deal ended up becoming $80. The alignment still seemed off, so I called and told them about it. The person who answered the phone said I could come back so they could look at it again. I went back a couple of weeks later and they confirmed that the toe was off. The person then said they would not fix it since I used a Groupon, and there is no warranty when a Groupon is used. After telling him about my previous phone conversation, he reluctantly redid the alignment, but reminded me a couple of more times that Groupon users don't get a warranty. This is my second negative experience with using Groupon at a Kwik Kar. For this front-end alignment, I ended up paying what I would've paid for a 4-wheel alignment at a different place, and I got grief when I asked them to correct something that was not done right the first time.

The manager Dion really explained what was going on and what the Goupon covered before doing the work! He also did a great job balancing my car and it rides great!
