For over a decade, Off Camber brewmaster James has been perfecting his recipes for craft beers like the XJ IPA (7.8% ABV) and the smooth Off Camber Amber (6% ABV). Now, James and his family have opened a taproom right near the scenic Puyallup River to share their beer with the local community. This is my new favorite local brewery. All the beers we tried were fantastic and I already can’t wait to go back and try the ones we missed this time. The atmosphere is like you’re drinking in someone’s back yard because that’s literally what it is. Plenty of seating and patio heaters to keep you warm on a chilly night. I saw a few kids so I assume it’s family friendly as well.
