Being physically prepared for an obstacle course can be difficult, but not at Legend Race's F.I.T. Gym. The innovative studio complete with an indoor course is jammed with just the kinds of obstacles runners may see including rope climb, monkey bars, rings, pipe traverse, salmon ladder, and more — along with the equipment they'll need to push past each one. Bootcamp-style classes and obstacle course training help whip participants into the necessary shape. How can the gym's staff know what kinds of exercises are best? Each year Legend operates it's own epic obstacle mud run.
