What do you love most about your job?

What we love the most is helping guests create a look all their own. There's nothing wrong with being trendy, however trends change quickly. We pride ourselves on giving the right combination of both.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?

The best reaction we've received was from a client that was a last minute bride. Her stylist canceled on her at the last minute and she was referred to us. She was upset and thought that we might have to change her style since she was short on time. After we finished, the bride burst into tears saying her hair and makeup were perfect. She is still our client to this day.
