Devi Yoga is a story of slow, constant growth: planting a seed and patiently watching it grow over time. The Devi's intention was to create a space that would embody nurturing, dynamic, powerful and gentle qualities that honor the harmony of nature in one's yoga practice. Devi yoga is our home base, the calm, the rock that gives us the inner strength to do so much more in life.

Our inner Rebel likes to kick it up and work to transform our bodies. As passionate about our yoga as we are, we are equally passionate about keeping our bodies fit. Strong muscles support joints and prevent injuries in the yoga room and in life. This overall fitness gives us the physical strength to tackle everything else in life.

Health is multi-dimensional. We are spiritual beings in a material world working daily to become more in touch with our inner selves. Through holistic wellness, coming to our mat with other like minded yogis to let go of that which does not serve us and keeping our bodies strong and vibrant we achieve the mindset and the healthset to uplift our mind, body & spirit.
