Hair Tech III, Richardson

During my hair cut, she bounced back and forth between me and TWO other clients. She's talking to another client the whole time, and at one point cuts my hair without looking. She made my hair flip out when she was done, and it looks NOTHING like the picture that I gave her. In the middle of her going back and forth between clients, another one comes in WITH an appt, but can't wait because she has to be somewhere, so she reschedules. At this point Monica mentions she has a calendar at home and a calendar at work, she has no idea what's on either, which meant she didn't even know about my appt since she was working on a perm when I came in, and was no where near done. So there are 3 clients, including me, plus a friend in there. She tells all of us some sensitive information about the client's family, the one that had to reschedule. That was the most unprofessional service I've ever had, and I've had some bad experiences. I now have to wait for my hair to grow out so someone else can fix it, it is choppy at the back.

Monica did a wonderful job on my hair. The cut and style looked great. It was a little difficult to get an appointment, but she explained she is very busy with regular clients and can only take a few groupons a month.

She did exactly what I asked. Very nice and good. Gave me a free wash for waiting.

Monica is a master of hair! She made me feel and look beautiful. I received so many compliments. If you know what you want, she can do it. If you don't know what you want, she will guide you to the best for you!
