No one speaks English at this salon. My worst haircut experience...The stylist didn't even try to understand what I wanted. He totally did whatever he wanted, which was completely opposite of what I wanted. He cut my hair not only the wrong style, but also so much shorter than I could rescue in another salon. It was a true disaster. It's unacceptable that nobody there could understand enough English to address my request.
