DO NOT USE THEM! I was very dissatisfied! They pulled on a no-show on the 1st appt., then rescheduled only because I had already purchased teh groupon, guy came 2 hours late after I called the owner to find out where his guy was, told me I had to pay an additional $219 for the 1 zone that is supposed to be included in your groupon, broke the vent cover to my dryer & told me I didn't really need it but if I wanted one to go to buy one it would only cost me $4! (Yes, I need it because birds etc could fly into it!), left a mess of lint & broken vent cover all over the backyard, told me it was my fault it broke because t was old (my house is only 4 years old!). Then I found out he had cut holes in my heating vents---he did not tell me he was going to do this or I would not have let him do it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The company left all of the "stuff" that came out of the vent from cleaning it all over the backyard. They said they would not clean it up with their shop vaccuum because they said it would ruin it. It was very bad service.
