Root Hot Yoga, Marlboro

Led by a team of certified and devoted instructors in a warm, friendly, relaxed, and inviting community, Root Hot Yoga teaches students new tools on how to connect to their mind, body and spirits. Classes are held every day of the week and are open to beginners and all levels of practice. Available classes include Dharma Mittra Yoga, Barkan Hot Yoga, Creative Vinyasa Flow, Kids Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. In addition to core classes, the studio also holds an array of workshops and events.
