2244 Hot Yoga Rochester Hills draws on the fundamentals of yoga practice—and a few key numbers—to provide students with a complete mind-body experience.

• 60-, 75-, and 90-minute hot-yoga classes are offered 7 days a week at the school
• The original 26+2 and Fusion (movement-based) classes are offered
• 105-degree heat, plus 40% humidity fills the yoga room to allow deeper stretching
• 2 cofounders—Tara Valenti and Jeff Isles—helm a team of certified instructors, both of whom hold a 500-hour yoga certification. Jeff was certified in 2000 and Tara in 2008.
