The place looked like it was closing. Their favorite response to everything was "sorry, were out of that". I mean anything we asked for, from life jackets when the place was empty, floating tubes for the lazy river, which was under the fill line, to soap in all the bathrooms, to food for breakfast, and I can go on. I will never ever go back. We even took pictures of everything that was out or broken, more than half the arcade machines also. I was going to email everything to the hotel to ask for our money back. It's was an insanely disappointing experience and groupon should no longer do business with this place.
