It does so by letting groups first choose from dozens of game scripts that catapult the teams into different adventure scenarios where quick thinking and strategy are key. Throughout each scenario, players suited in laser-tag gear must dart about the arena, dodging laser beams, and collecting currencies and special powers that help lead them to eventual victory.

And since storytelling is what ShadowLand does best, the glow mini golf follows a similarly immersive format. The course weaves through ancient castle passageways, surrounded by glowing outlines of dragons, knights, and cauldrons of mysterious potions. Within the dark tower, mini-golfers get transported to a medieval age.
