What is one of your signature services? How is it performed?

This Groupon is good for a Platinum exterior car wash at our new facility in White Marsh which includes RainX applied to the entire vehicle as a protectant. The customer first takes their vehicle through the tunnel to get the exterior washed. Once unloaded from the conveyor the vehicle is towel dried and gets tire shine applied by our staff. Customers can then either exit the property or enter the FREE Vacuum self service stations to further detail the inside of their own vehicle. The exterior wash takes about 5 minutes.

What's one tip for first-time customers that will make them feel like regulars?

Make sure automatic wipers are turned off when going through the tunnel. We have signs to remind customers, but they can become damaged if left on while going through the wash.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

With this Groupon customers go through a brand new 150' state-of-the-art soft touch wash tunnel, which is arguably one of the best in the country. The exterior of the vehicle will be spoiled with a lathering of soap as squishy neoprene foam sponges gently lifts grime off of the vehicle. Once the vehilce has gone through the tunnel for its exterior cleaning, customers can enter the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) area which has free vacs and other supplies. The vacuums are hooked up to a central vacuum system so customers don't have to constantly add quarters or run around like maniacs before the time runs out. In addition this location provides supplies such as clean towels, tire shine, leather conditioner, window cleaner and fragrance to do the interior however you want. This is all included with this package. You will feel good leaving with a clean car and knowing that we cut mother earth some slack by recycling all of our wash water.
