They informed me that it was going to be an extra $10 for matting and an extra $10 for fleas. My mini. poodle under 15lbs. had some matting but no flees so I expected to pay the extra $10 plus the $10 tip I always leave for the groomer.I picked up my dog, they charged me an $20 for matting and I was told that their fee was $20 for matting. I explained it to Ashley that I was told that it would be $10 and she again stated that $20 was their standard matting fee and because the work was done already, I had no other choice but to pay it.I was asked when did I purchase the groupon and I told them last week.
