What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are proud to be Sacramento's first and only dedicated Hot Pilates Studio. We offer not just Hot Pilates classes to our members but a large variety of other classes both heated and non, including Hot Power Vinyasa, Bikini Butt, Dyna-Lates, Guided Meditation, Running Group and more!

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have an amazing, welcoming community of both members and staff members. Our classes are designed to challenge students of all levels both physically and mentally. This is a must try workout for all!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Business partners and longtime friends, Danny Castillo - UFC Veteran fighter, and Lindy Hobbs teamed together 4 years ago to bring Sacramento a whole new idea of staying fit. Our focus is on overall wellness. Finding balance in your life.
