Gilbert's Lodge serves up hearty portions of traditional hunting lodge favorites and does it in a casual atmosphere. It has a rustic feel and family-friendly style, accented with the occasional antler chandelier, mounted moose head, and local sports jerseys. There's also a fully-stocked bar, so guests can enjoy a beer or cocktail with the dinner and lunch offerings which can include everything from Shepherd's Pie, Buffalo Meat Loaf, Chicken Pot Pie, and Fish-n-Chips. Diners can also enjoy the likes of Deep Dish Pizzas, Fajitas, Sandwiches, Burgers, and Salads, as well as a small selection for the kids. One of Gilbert's more notable aspects is that it once served as employer to Academy Award and Grammy-winning rapper and occasional actor Eminem. Now serving breakfast from 8 a.m. - noon every Saturday and Sunday!
