Buchika's Ski & Bike Shop, Salem

This was for a bike tune-up, in particular, the brakes needed adjustment. Picked it up after being called and got it out to the parking lot and found that one of the brakes was still rubbing. Brought it back in, waited 20 minutes while they worked on and then, because they needed more time, left and returned later. When I returned, they said it needed a part that was broken, but not in stock, and to bring it back. Couldn't they had told me that before I went to pick it up? Not pleased. Customer service seemed disinterested since I didn't have a high-end bike.
