The photo is exactly what my roof looks like which had me think mine would be well taken care of. As noted there is an up charge if outside of certain zip codes and only a treatment was going to be applied and not moss removal. I cancelled the service.

Great team but left a mess as it was getting dark before they were done I am sure they did not see all the crud that flew out of the gutters hence, we are now tracking it in as it has not been the nicest weather to clean it up. Still worth having the gutters done.

I wish there was a way to write a lower rating than this. Guy had booked up the appointment but never showed up. He called up the other day to cancel it however neither refunded the money for not showing up or rescheduled the appointment to another date. I would now prefer a full fund.

I purchased a Groupon and scheduled a date to clean the gutters...he did not show up! I finally reached him and he said that he was refunding all the money to those that purchased a Groupon, but then asked to call him directly for reschedule with the refunded money. I have been calling him for days because I have yet to receive my refund! THIS GUY IS A SCAM!!
