We provide all necessary equipment for your training experience, all you need are some athletic shorts and a t-shirt.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Muay Thai has been an important journey that changed my life for the better. I take pride on my students progress and continuing the tradition of this ancient martial art.

What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the students progress since they first arrive and can't seem to get it right, then through the grinding process, and then finally seeing their work rewarded. The Journey is the best part.
