The city at night is a beautiful spectacle of twinkling lights, silhouetted buildings, and glittering highways. During the Boise After Dark Dash 5K, timed runners pound through that scene, passing landmarks and classic city sights such as a pigeon running for mayor. But once they reach the finish line, the event isn't over, as they simply move to the post-race party where they listen to music and sip chilled beers while reveling in their finishes.
