What was the inspiration to start or run this business?

I founded San Diego Colon Hydrotherapy (SDCH) to not only cultivate a soothing and tranquil place for safe and effective colon cleanse treatments, but to hasten a movement—one in which everyone feels more comfortable talking about their movements! After all, your poop says a lot about your health! I learned firsthand the many benefits of regular colon cleansing and detoxification when I was faced with my own digestive issues over many years. This in spite of being a nutritionist, food technologist, as well as chef. (You know those Healthy Choice frozen meals? I developed the very first ones!) My personal journey inspired me to bring the many marvels of colon hydrotherapy to others in a manner that makes them feel like they’re not only getting an exceptional internal cleanse but also a comfy and pampering spa treatment. Now, I’m thrilled to provide you with a full-service, holistic approach to colon hydrotherapy that incorporates diet and lifestyle coaching, massage, energy healing techniques, and more. I feel privileged to do this work and cherish the time I spend with you, fully assessing your individual condition, wants and needs, and making sure you are100% comfortable and satisfied with the process before we begin, throughout your session, and even in between sessions. I’ve intentionally designed your experience at SDCH to be a very special and personalized one—one that oozes warmth and loving-kindness, with a touch of magic, and is as enlightening in an educational sense as it is enlightening physically.
