What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Yoga Bow is the first yoga studio in California to teach the Bowspring Method: a powerful movement practice that not only enhances flexibility and mobility but also deeply tones and strengthens while encouraging the natural curves of the body. A yoga practice truly for all levels.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Clients are motivated by fun music, knowledgable and light hearted yoga teachers, and variety of different yoga classes for students to choose their level of challenge. Students are encouraged to learn new postures, set goals, and to relax and meditate to find deep peace.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Bowspring is a new method of movement unlike any other yoga practice. It reshapes the body and strengthens the spine powerfully while re-patterning our movement patterns toward those that will allow us to age gracefully. It is a postural system learned in yoga class that can be applied to anything.

What do you love most about your job?
I love sharing Bowspring with my students because I have seen numerous students reshape their body and mind, omit hip/back/knee pain, get back to running and other activities they love due to the healing and strengthening power of Bowspring Yoga. I know this method, although different, works for all
