With a 'fully flexible' ticket, you can change your tour date or time anytime at no extra cost. If your ticket isn’t flexible, you can still change the date for a fee or upgrade to a flexible option. Just contact us before your scheduled tour, and we’ll handle the rest.Are accommodations available for persons with disabilities?
Yes, we have some wheelchair-accessible buses with ramps (up to 650 lbs), but not all vehicles are equipped. For ADA access or other accommodations, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Note: Upper decks aren’t accessible, and some landmarks may not be ADA-friendly. Voicemail requests aren’t confirmed bookings.On which days does the tour operate?
