San Francisco Pole & Dance makes finding your way around—and up . . . and down—a dance pole a breeze. Pole classes are conveniently named by levels (L1–L4). This not only lets novice polesters jumpstart their journeys, but helps them seamlessly advance as they develop their skills. To complement pole sessions, SFPD also offers a wealth of yoga- and dance-based classes including pay-what-you-can community classes that invite everyone to learn some fun, fundamental techniques.
