About Yoga Flow SF
At Yoga Flow SF, the ingredients for a healthy class are not blood, sweat, and tears but music, stretches, and heat. The instructors specialize in Vinyasa flow and hold classes in a well-lit space warmed to at least 80 degrees. For each session, they lead participants through a medley of stretches and poses that flow seamlessly into one another, and they also play music to complement the practice and encourage relaxation and continual breathing. Their curriculum accommodates beginners and practiced yogis alike with offerings from Mellow Flow to Fast Flow classes. During the 60- to 75-minute sessions, teachers aid individual pupils by offering modifications suitable for beginner or advanced students. They also host private seminars, and corporate classes and offer childcare services.
