What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Chris got his start working with athletes from the amateur and professional levels, using his training principles to dramatically increase sports performance. His desire is to share that knowledge with everyone so they can live healthier, more productive lives - free of injury and metabolic disease.

What do you love most about your job?
What we at EP love most is watching all our clients achieve their goals. Whether it's making the freshmen sports team, striving to advance to collegiate athletics, or just wanting to only make one trip up the stairs with groceries, Elevated Performance is the place for you to grow in those goals!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction we have received from our clients is the inexpressible joy on geri face when hitting new personal records, establishing new friendships in their training environment, as well as seeing their goals become more attainable because of the work they've put in.
