I feel it was a bait and switch...either on your end or theirs. The deal said 55% off for a "spa" mani pedi and as it turns out the same price is offered all the time for a regular mani pedi and they tried to get me to pay extra saying the "spa" just meant the fact it was done in the spa chair. Very deceiving...again either on your part, theirs or perhaps both.

Very nice salon and they did a good job. However, the Groupon Coupon is not worth purchasing. The Groupon was $42 for two mani/pedis. The salon price list for one man/pedi is $20.99. Same price as the Groupon, so no deal at all. In addition, additional charges apply for a 5 minute massage as well as callus remover. So, don't buy the Groupon and just go to the salon, or look for better Groupon deals!

The groupon was not clear about using it for the regular mani/pedi ONLY. I got the gel mani/pedi and was charged the regular price. He told me I didn't need the groupon anyway and they will charge the same price without it. So why should I buy a groupon if there is no discount? Also the guy who painted my hands did not give me the color I wanted and tried to fix it, but it is still not the color I originally wanted. He told me he could not do it over because he already did 2 coats. They should listen to the customer and make sure it's correct with the first nail before painting the rest of the hand.

I don't understand how a brand new business has bad service. Don't they want to succeed? Got a spa mani-pedi. Pedi: Guy with shaved head had an attitude. Foot massage? None. Just rubbed cream on my legs and the top of my feet. Wouldn't of used a the pumice brick if I hadn't asked about missing it. The pedicurist usually feels your feet for calloused ares. Didn't happen. Nobody in the salon and it was completely rushed. Mani: Nice guy. He did a better than ok job but the polish on my left 3 fingers is uneven at the cuticle line. Bought the 2 pack but sorry I did. Not going back and would not reccomend. Too many places on that block that do better work.
