What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The owner follows the latest technological advancements made regarding bio-optimization, this led him to theAdaptive Training Exercise machine. Testing it out for himself, he quickly became enamored with the efficiency and effectiveness of the machine and sought to share this technology with others.

What do you love most about your job?
Having a mission to help others learn about the ARX technology at My Fit Lab, and how it will multiply and provide all of the benefits of traditional strength training while saving the most valuable thing we have–our time.
