it was confusing as to what I had purchased on Groupon. she stated it was a 15 minute facial, but listed as 60 minutes. she then said that she would extend it to 30. so confusing

The lady was very nice and friendly with a soft and gentle voice. However, instead of 60 minutes facial which was stated as a length of the procedure hardly it ended in 20 minutes. Not sure what they meant by luxurious ingredients in the treatment - no explanation. Lastly, a moisturizing mask was applied in a very hectic and clumsy manner penetrating into my mouth (very bitter and soapy!), eyes, and nostrils. FYI, these spots MUST be avoided when applying a mask with harsh ingredients. Hopefully, the lady would take these moments into consideration and will handle facials in a different way. Good luck with it!

When I arrived I was informed that this facial was for only 15 minutes and that it was suppose to only be for teenagers. She charged me $40.00 more for an extra 15 minutes. Nice person.... just not worth what I ultimately had to pay.

If I could rate this a zero, I would. Please read other 1 star reviews. What they say is true. The space is unprofessional, dirty and unsanitary. My daily morning skin routine is more thorough and beneficial than the $80 “hydrating facial” I was supposed to get. She applied a cleanser, an exfoliant, worked on a couple spots on my skin by my nose, and applied a leave on gel. This is not a salon/spa
