I had to wait weeks for the shop to get a memory foam mattresses in stock. I finally decided not to wait further and said I would take a firm coil spring mattress. The one I received was used, dirty and the label had a stamp on it saying it was no longer under warrantee. That was returned and I then had to wait for another mattress.

The service was terrible. I did not receive my order for nearly 2 months after I paid for it. When I tried to speak with the manager/owner about the delay (named Fiero), he avoided me like the plague and hid behind his employees. The whole operation is pretty unprofessional and Fiero was downright rude. He literally refused to speak with me. I will never have anything to do with Casa Furniture again. It was an awful experience.

Horrible customer service, took 4 wks to get my bed. No one could ever give an exact date or even know what was coming on their shipments. The worst experience I have ever confronted. They even began to blame Groupon for not having the part in stock. This is the first time I'm using groupon, I am not even sure if I want to ever use Groupon again because of this experience.
