Valvoline Instant Oil Change, Somerville

I went to the venice location and used the synthetic blend coupon. I showed him the coupon before they did the oil change, and he didn't say anything. Then, when the oil change was done, he decided to tell me he put full synthetic in my car and ended up charging me more than I would have paid had I not used the coupon. They didn't even use the full amount on the coupon only half of it. He told me I had to use full synthetic, which is a lie Because I've used synthetic blend there before, and I have a receipt to prove it. Also he was very rude. Had he just told me that in the beginning, I would have not used the Groupon at all. I also would have went somewhere else. . I never had this problem before with any of the other workers. The other worker actually is the one who told me I could use synthetic blend.And save money. Every time I've used the Groupon, I've never had to pay any extra amount of money. I feel like they're ripping you off now. I have went here for almost five years.And I will never go back there again. I also want my money back that didn't get taken off of the Groupon voucher.

All of the young men were courteous and respectful. It’s nice to see young men being raised right!

Staff was very efficient and helpful. The manager, Jesus, was great and answered our questions about service items.

The guys were super helpful, knowledgeable and the experience was a great one. No complaints as I will always visit Valvoline
